In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. This age threshold applies without exception. Players who are found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts immediately closed, all funds (including deposits, winnings, and bonuses) permanently forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

2.2 Residency

The Platform is operated and marketed primarily for players residing in Indonesia. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are a resident of Indonesia and that your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable Indonesian law or the laws of any other jurisdiction to which you may be subject.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You represent that you have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not acting on behalf of any third party in your gaming activity, and that you are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or the subject of any financial sanctions order.

2.4 Prohibited Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or hold an Account on pin188:

• Individuals under 21 years of age;
• Employees, contractors, consultants, directors, or officers of pin188 or any affiliated entity, and their immediate family members;
• Persons who have been self-excluded from the Platform or who are subject to a mandatory exclusion order;
• Persons accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Persons who have previously had an Account closed by pin188 for breach of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money gaming features on pin188, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form. This includes, at minimum, your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, valid email address, and preferred payment method details.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point remains accurate and up to date. pin188 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete. You must notify us promptly of any changes to your registered details by contacting customer support.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on pin188. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, shared device, shared IP address, or shared payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, pin188 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals held therein.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. pin188 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

3.5 Account Sharing

Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Sharing your Account credentials with any third party, allowing any third party to operate your Account, or operating an Account on behalf of a third party is prohibited and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4.1 Mandatory Verification

All players must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before making a withdrawal or accessing certain Platform features. pin188 may also require KYC at any point during a player's use of the Platform, including when account activity triggers internal compliance review thresholds.

4.2 Required Documents

KYC verification typically requires submission of the following documents, though pin188 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion:

• Proof of residential address issued within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence);

• A selfie photograph holding your identification document, where required by our compliance team.

4.3 Verification Timeline

pin188 aims to complete KYC verification within 1–3 business days of receiving all required documents. During peak periods, this may extend to 5 business days. You will be notified by email once verification is complete or if additional information is required.

4.4 Consequences of Non-Verification

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or submission of fraudulent or altered documents, will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges, restriction of account features, and may lead to permanent account closure. pin188 reserves the right to hold funds pending satisfactory verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pin188 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Currency

All deposits are accepted and processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. pin188 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies; any conversion costs are borne entirely by the player.

5.3 Own-Name Requirement

Deposits must be made exclusively from payment accounts registered in your own name and matching the name on your pin188 Account. Third-party deposits — meaning deposits originating from an account held in another person's name — are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source account where reasonably practicable, minus any associated transfer fees.

5.4 Deposit Processing

Bank transfer deposits are typically credited to your pin188 Account within 5–15 minutes of confirmed receipt. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are generally instant. Delays caused by third-party banking infrastructure, inter-bank transfer windows, or Indonesian national holidays are outside pin188's control. pin188 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

5.5 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. These limits are displayed within your Account dashboard and may be adjusted by pin188 at its discretion. Players enrolled in our responsible gaming deposit-limit program may have additional restrictions applied at their own request in accordance with Section 10 of these Terms.

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be requested after successful completion of KYC verification. Bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only the real-money component of your Account Balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) is available for withdrawal at any given time.

6.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Where this is not feasible, pin188 will process withdrawals to a payment account verified as belonging to you. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited under all circumstances.

6.3 Processing Times

pin188 targets withdrawal processing within 1–3 hours of approval during standard operational hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours are processed on the next available business day. Processing times for individual bank transfers are additionally subject to the receiving bank's clearing schedules and are beyond pin188's direct control.

6.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day apply and are displayed within your Account dashboard. pin188 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments where operational or banking constraints require, without prejudice to the player's right to the full amount.

6.5 Verification Prior to Withdrawal

pin188 may request additional verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant, the account profile has recently changed, or internal risk-monitoring systems have flagged the transaction for review. This process is conducted in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations and does not imply any allegation of wrongdoing against the player.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by pin188 are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, as well as the general bonus provisions set out in this Section 7. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The wagering multiplier, eligible games, and contribution rates vary by promotion and are stated clearly on each promotion page. Bets placed on games with less than 100% contribution rate will count proportionally toward wagering requirements.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period, commencing from the date and time the bonus is credited to the player's Account. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at the point of expiry will be forfeited without compensation.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

pin188 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Activities considered abusive include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing low-risk or hedged bets designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming engagement; coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures; and any other conduct that pin188 reasonably determines constitutes manipulation of bonus terms. Detected abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

7.5 pin188's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

pin188 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any promotion already accepted by a player and in progress will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of acceptance, except where evidence of abuse is found.

8.1 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets on pin188 — including football (bandar bola, or bookmaking on football fixtures), mix parlay (accumulator bets across multiple selections), and other sports — are subject to the specific rules published in our sportsbook help section. Odds are subject to change prior to bet placement being confirmed. Bets accepted at erroneous odds due to a system error or human error may be voided at pin188's discretion.

8.2 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at pin188's discretion. Bets placed while a market is suspended will be voided and stakes returned. pin188 is not liable for any internet latency or connectivity issues that affect a player's ability to place live bets.

8.3 Lottery / Togel Markets

For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers-prediction lottery) markets, results are determined by the official published draw results of the relevant lottery body (Togel Singapore, Togel Hongkong, Togel Sydney, etc.). pin188 accepts no responsibility for discrepancies in draw results published by third-party sources and will rely solely on the official source in all cases of dispute.

8.4 Casino and Slot Games

All casino table games, live dealer games, and slot machines available on pin188 are supplied by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, PG Soft, and others. 8.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pin188 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Match-fixing and manipulation: placing bets on events where you have inside knowledge of a predetermined or manipulated outcome, or participating in any scheme to fix the result of a sporting event;
• Collusion: coordinating with other players, platform insiders, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Arbitrage betting: systematically exploiting price discrepancies between pin188 and other operators in a manner that constitutes guaranteed profit irrespective of outcome, where such activity is determined by pin188 to be abusive;
• Use of bots or automation: employing automated software, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any other automated tools to place bets, interact with games, or perform actions on the Platform without explicit written authorisation from pin188;
• Money laundering: using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to layer, integrate, or otherwise process proceeds of crime through gaming activity;
• Fraud and chargebacks: filing fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks with your bank or payment provider after funds have been deposited and used for gaming;
• Hacking and technical exploitation: attempting to access systems, databases, or software not intended for player access; exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage rather than reporting them to pin188;
• Identity fraud: registering under a false identity, impersonating another person, or providing forged KYC documentation.

11.1 Platform Availability

pin188 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability for which pin188 accepts no liability.

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pin188 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if pin188 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.3 Maximum Liability Cap

Where pin188 is found liable for direct damages in connection with the Platform or these Terms, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount deposited by you to your pin188 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Third-Party Content

Games and content supplied by third-party providers (including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, PG Soft) are governed by those providers' own terms and technical specifications. pin188 is not liable for errors, defects, or interruptions in third-party game content, though we will use reasonable endeavours to facilitate resolution with the relevant provider.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to the pin188 name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, and game interfaces, is the intellectual property of pin188 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of pin188.

pin188 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.

15.1 Termination by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting pin188 customer support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account (net of any applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or verification requirements.

15.2 Termination by pin188

pin188 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more;
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitating closure;
• At pin188's discretion where it reasonably determines that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to pin188, other players, or third parties.

15.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account for breach of these Terms, pin188 reserves the right to forfeit any Account Balance, including real-money funds, bonuses, and pending winnings, where such forfeiture is a proportionate and justified response to the nature of the breach. Where termination is initiated by pin188 for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pin188 holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Where negotiation fails, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English under internationally recognised arbitration rules before either party may pursue litigation in a court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause prevents pin188 from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
